FINANCIAL AID/SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Any student seeking financial aid and/or scholarship assistance must complete and return the CTODP Scholarship Application.  This application was due by April 15, 2008.  Late applications are currently being accepted from students who attended a public school, a charter school or were home schooled during 2007/08. Applications may be obtained from the Finance office at the school. Fill out the 2008/09 CTODP Scholarship Application based on need, we do not have any funds available this year. You will only need to complete one form per family for all students in all schools.

Mail or deliver the completed form to Bourgade Catholic High School or FAIR. This application must be filed with 2007 tax return copies in order to be received as “complete”. Only those students with a completed and timely application will be considered for any financial aid based on need.

Staff and parents are available to assist in the completion of the CTODP Scholarship Application. We recommend that you submit your completed form to the finance office at Bourgade Catholic. We will review the application to ensure it is complete and forward it to FAIR.

Please be sure to look for a letter of receipt from FAIR after mailing the CTODP Scholarship Application. FAIR will return this letter within two weeks of receipt of your application. Check the letter for accuracy! Make sure it lists the correct students, schools and grades.  If you do not receive a receipt letter within two weeks, please contact Sue Rounds at 602-973-4000 Ext. 119 or srounds@bourgade.org.  If you do receive your letter and it contains errors or requests additional information, please contact FAIR using the phone number listed on the letter. Students with incomplete applications receive no award!
